Anyone else have a Sidehack that sits with a sag?

All the pictures of the SideHack show it parallel to the vehicle tailgate and bumper but my has an angle to it that is annoying, it really makes it look like there a weird sag. It looks terrible. Probably going to sell my UltraSwing and try another brand

Yep I have the same issue Sags down. I have checked to ensure my hitch receiver is not twisted and can only think the receiver may need to try a steel shim to level it up.
